PRIO invites you to a seminar on Statebuilding with Dr. Ashraf Ghani. Dr. Ghani is a prominent Afghan academic and politician. He was Minister of Finance in Afghanistan 2001-2005.

The seminar will be chaired by Helga Hernes, PRIO.
