Current Challenges to the Liberal Peace Theory

Professor John R. Oneal of the University of Alabama will give a seminar at CSCW/PRIO. He will give his views of the current challenges to the idea of 'liberal peace', i.e. the theory that parties with a high level of commercial interaction are unlikely to engage in war. John Oneal is one of the main proponents of this theory.
